Complete a few details to open an account and once we’ve approved your account request, we’ll confirm back to you by email and you’re ready to go.

We provide a notification request template to complete for each notification you’d like us to submit or our team can take your notification requests over the phone or by email.

You’ll receive a copy of the notification at the same time the notifiable authorities do. We can also include other people, such as drivers, that might need to see a copy of the notification. If authorities ask us to make a change to the notification, you’ll receive an amended notification, with any changes marked as red.

We will also forward to you any pertinent responses from the notified authorities, such as restrictions on when the abnormal load can travel or self / police escort requests.

Your notifications are branded to suit your company style. As well as detailed step by step driving instructions, each notification includes a clickable link that displays an interactive map view of the notified route.

We don’t ask for credit cards up front, and we don’t invoice for each notification we receive. You’ll receive a monthly invoice from us and, if you pay it within our required terms of 30 days, we will stay friends.
