STEP 2: IT information

If you are unsure of the answers to the following questions, the person responsible for your IT will be able to answer them for you.

Please confirm that the profile on the computer where AbHaulier will be installed (the one used to log into the computer with) is set to LOCAL ADMIN. This is really important and is a pre-requisite of the AbHaulier licence. The person responsible for your IT should be able to change this for you and this must be done before the installation takes place.

Which email address/es would you like to automatically receive copies of all submitted notifications and all associated authority responses? These will also appear in the AbHaulier “sent” and “received” logs, but you may not always be running AbHaulier.

When we install AbHaulier, we provide one-to-one user training. To help us understand the experience of the main user of AbHaulier and tailor the training accordingly, please answer the questions below as accurately as possible.

As the software is specialised and is part of a legal process, the training provided is important and should be taken seriously. Please ensure you are in a quiet space without distractions. If that is not possible, please ensure your colleagues are aware you are being trained and do not interrupt you.

Depending on your previous experience of the notification process, your training session can take about 90 minutes, so please allocate enough time.
